1, essential amino acids (essential amino acid): refers to the human body (or other vertebrates) can not synthesize or synthetic speed far from the needs of the body, must be supplied by food protein, these amino acids called essential amino acids. The required amount of essential amino acids in adults is about the 20%~37% of protein requirement.

There are 8 kinds of functions:

Lysine: Promote brain development, is the composition of liver and gall bladder, can promote fat metabolism, regulate pineal gland, mammary gland, corpus luteum and ovary, prevent cell degeneration;
